Attention Midwest music fans, The Shadow Ridge Music Festival is only one week away! Year after year Shadow Ridge has proven to be one of Omaha's biggest parties and this year is no exception. Not only are they brining 90s legends Lit and Eve 6, they're hitting you with the one-two punch from reggae-masters Tropidelic and hometown heroes 311!
I had the opportunity to cover the festival last year and had a spectacular evening. I thought the lineup of Blue October, Gin Blossoms, Fastball, and Sponge couldn't be topped, but boy was I wrong. I'm even more excited for everything this year's Shadow Ridge festival has to offer. I may be a bit biased since I've seen 311 over 30 times and have had the privilege of shooting photos for them three times, but hey, trust me when I say this is going to be one epic party!
Aside from the music Shadow Ridge has an amazing lineup of food vendors and tasty beverages to keep the good vibes flowing all night. Located near the grounds of the Shadow Ridge golf course this venue provides the perfect atmosphere for hanging with friends to cap off the summer. Last year the weather was absolutely stunning so let's hope for more of the same come next Friday.
