Godsmack and Shinedown are hitting the road for a co-headlining tour this summer! The tour kicks off on July 22 in Michigan and wraps up on September 2 in New York. Godsmack will be supporting their new album “When Legends Rise,” due out April 27, and Shinedown is supporting “Attention Attention” due out May 4.
This should be an excellent package as both bands have grown a steady following and will undoubtedly benefit from the fan crossover. In addition to Godsmack and Shinedown, up and coming band Red Sun Rising will be adding support in select cities.
Godsmack’s lead singer Sully Erna was quoted in Loudwire “Godsmack and Shinedown go way back, so there is mutual respect between the bands. This should be a legendary rock tour!”
